BIOGRAPHY
Christopher Robertson was called to the Bar in 2003. Christopher’s practice focuses on employment-related litigation and commercial disputes. He has successfully appeared at the Ontario Superior Court of Justice on the Commercial List and the Ontario Court of Appeal. He has also appeared before various Boards and Tribunals including the Ontario Labour Relations Board, the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, the Licence Appeals Tribunal, the Health Professions Appeal and Review Board, as well as other professional regulatory agencies.
Christopher articled with and practiced at a national firm for five years representing corporate clientele. Christopher`s experience provides him with a unique insight into employer motivation in his representation of executive and management employees on departure.
Before his legal career, Christopher was a senior officer with the Canadian infantry. His service includes a United Nations Peacekeeping tour in the former Yugoslavia and various domestic operations in support of emergency relief. Christopher brings real-world experience into the litigation process to achieve desired outcomes.
Christopher takes a practical and efficient approach to achieving client objectives. He represents corporations and owner-managed enterprises as well as management and executive employees.
